Tom Caraher Trio

Jazz saxophone trio from critically acclaimed tenor saxophonist Tom Caraher

Tom Caraher is a tenor saxophonist, composer, and educator based in Ireland, known for his dynamic sound and deep connection to both the jazz tradition and its modern evolution. A graduate of Berklee College of Music, he leads his own band, performing with some of Ireland’s top jazz musicians at renowned venues across the country.

His upcoming debut album, Ninety Degrees, blends 1970s electric jazz with modern influences - think Weather Report meets Chris Potter, with a touch of Roy Hargrove’s RH Factor - showcasing his distinct compositional voice.

Tom continues to perform, teach, and push the boundaries of contemporary jazz in Ireland. On the anniversary weekend of one of the most shameful nights in Dublin's recent history, the riots of November 2023, join us in a celebration of the contribution of migrant artists.
