Niamh Keane, folk singer-songwriter, classical and Irish trad violinist, guitarist & pianist, celebrates the launch of her debut album 'A Stretch of Light' with an intimate live full band show in the acclaimed halls of the Cobblestone on Saturday the 22nd of August. It's set to be a fantastic night with original folk music accompanied by guitars, piano and live strings. Recently awarded funding towards the purchase of a new violin by the Music Network Capital Scheme, Keane is an esteemed musician at the beginning of an exciting musical & creative career with the release of her new album. The lead single 'Mornings Past' was featured on BBC Introducing and Radio Nova alongside KCLR FM & Shannonside FM by Charlie McGettigan. Her most recent notable live gigs include opening slots for the legendary John Spillane and folk artist Dani Larkin as well as a mini tour across the country with stops in Tipperary, Tullamore and more to be announced. Join the band to celebrate the release of independent original music from Dublin.
